This kit allows those with factory-installed manual temperature controls to upgrade to automatic temperature control when switching to our 12-inch UC5 (1500 or HD) Infotainment systems. With this kit, you'll have everything you need to enjoy a seamless transition to automatic climate management, where you can simply set your desired temperature, and the HVAC system will maintain it for you.
*Note: If your truck already has automatic temperature control, you won't need this kit. Our 12-inch screen upgrades will work seamlessly with your existing system.*
Also, this upgrade will only provide driver-side or single-zone climate setting capability. At this time it is not possible to add passenger-side or dual-zone temperature settings so it is recommended that you select “Sync” within the climate section.
