Joseph was fantastic! I had issues with my installation all along the way, some of it my own fault (I didn't have a Lariat lux, just a Lariat, and close Lariat lux), and some of it was harness issues that took quote some time to diagnose together, but he worked with me for the better part of 2 weeks to get it resolved. The entire time he was patient, and very accommodating. Overall, it works great, so much better than my original system, much more responsive too! llove it!

The APIM in my 2022 F350 failed. Ordered a replacement through DD Offroad and had it programmed for my VIN.
Very prompt shipping. Unfortunately first unit arrived but did not play nicely with rest of modules.
Customer service was phenomenal and they had another unit programmed and shipped out even though I was on vacation.

As with any electronic vehicle upgrade, I had frustrations. The customer service provided was hand holding and efficient. Great unit. Plug and play as advertised and the blue tooth connectivity works better than my 2019 RAM Limited 12 inch screen.
Hammer interacted with me via text and promptly walked me through all the settings issues I had.
Issues that probably would have been easier for someone a bit more tech savvy.
