Very happy customer with my decision to go through DD Offroad for my jump from an 8" screen uconnect 4 system to my new 12" uconnect 5 system! Everything from the price, (much lower then competitors), all the way to step by step instructions on the install, they make everything plug and play. These guys are professionals in everyway. I made the mistake of ordering it wrong, but they made sure I got everything I needed to install the job, and to top it off, it didn't seem to matter when I reached out, they were always quick to respond and help however they could. If your on the fence about doing an upgrade, put those worries aside and go with DD Offroad for your upgrade, you really wont be sorry. Loving my new set up.

Struggled with my 8.4” screen Uconnect 5 radio with it continuously not loading and multiple attempts to reach out to manufacturers warranties as truck was only out of warranty by 250 miles, needless to say they were no help, I came across DDoffroad after researching the net and blogs, I contacted via text from number on there web site which to my surprise I was contacted back in minutes from them, I explained situation to them and they confirmed everything I had read on internet that radios do have these common issues, so I planned on upgrading and the technician literally sent me multiple options I could go with at prices no one could ever compete with as I have researched this upgrade for days and knew what to expect, to my surprise they were $100’s of dollars less, I went with the Uconnect 5 12” screen upgrade and to my surprise it was an absolutely plug Ang play unit that took me 35 minutes to install with one small hiccup that was clearly my fault and was corrected after a text to the technician who replied back in less than 5 minutes he truly knows the ins and outs of these installs, technician texted me back hours later to follow up on my unit and my opinion on it, all I could tell him was I absolutely am amazed with it and there services they provided me, if anyone is thinking of an upgrade spend the little extra and get the OEM and not a knock off unit as there are clearly differences that I’ve compared to a friends unit and he is rather disappointed he went the root he did. All I can say is I’m extremely impressed with the unit and DDoffroads services and look forward to using them for future equipment upgrades.

Just installed the 12” SYNC 4 upgrade in my F-150 and I’m blown away. The factory screen looks super clean and completely transforms the interior. The Full Screen Wireless CarPlay works flawlessly and everything feels faster and more modern. The kit was well packaged, easy to install, and the company’s support was awesome from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier with the upgrade or the service. It feels like I’m driving a brand new truck.
The infotainment computer for my 2023 F150 Raptor had gone bad. Specifically the APIM Module. Center screen was stuck black.
Ford wanted $1700 to install the module on a truck with less than 50k miles on it, which I thought was ridiculous. Turns out I was right.
I was able to source the exact part from DD Off-road for a fraction of the quoted price by dealer and I just put it in myself in an hour. These guys saved me a bunch of money.
On top of the savings, their customer service was fantastic. I was helped by Joseph throughout this process who was communicative, even after hours. He also made sure I had my new module in a timely manner and all necessary software/updates were completed prior to shipping, so the module was simply plug and play.

I’ve completed upgraded my 2019 RAM 3500 DRW Limited to the 2024 digital rearview mirror, UConn 5 center stack and digital instrument custer, I’m truly enjoying every upgrade that DD OFFROAD has done on my truck without any buyers remorse and price the the best you’re going to find for any modification of this type. I absolutely love my UConnect 5 upgraded kit from DD Offroad. The upgraded screen size and all the technology that comes with the upgrade is absolutely phenomenal. Though it is a pricey upgrade, it is worth every penny! Other than the impressive new look and technology that comes with the upgrade, the upgraded system comes with more hands-free voice commands that work with your factory steering wheel controls seamlessly. This allows you to keep your eyes on the road and get to your destination safely. If you're on the fence about the upgrade, I can wholeheartedly tell you, you will not second guess it once it's installed. This turned out to be a great upgrade however people should be aware that the 12" screen is not really Android Auto compatible. To use the full screen you need to be using Apple Carplay. This is through no fault os DD Offroad. UPDATE - After using this for a few days I figured out how to tweak the screen that actually makes it work great with Android Auto using the entire screen. You can run a split screen with one oprtion on the top 6 inches and another on the bottom 6 inches. I'm running navigation and XM radio on mine and it's great not having to swap the screen back and forth.

Great price and great customer service. Ended up getting the 12” upgrade during there Black Friday deal. Best price I have found any where and have been looking all over for a year. They were extremely helpful and even custom ordered a Red Rebel trim bezel to match my truck. Very fast shipping. Bought the kit for my 2019 Ram 1500 Tradesman. I got the 12” uconnect 5 screen kit from DD Offroad before and just returned to buy this digital cluster. The kit is pretty self explanatory. Took me 15 minutes to install and it works flawlessly just like factory. This makes the interior looks a lot better and newer. Im loving it.
This cluster works great on my 2021 Ram 2500. This is truely plug and play. The truck looks much better with this cluster on. I am in love.
