Important Notes

12-inch Infotainment displays may or may not include for lane keeping button and/or traction control button depending on Mopar stock (Only the traction control button on your the switches at the bottom of the bezel will work). If your truck has Lane assist or Active Parking assist, please notify us when placing the order.

2019-2021 Ram 1500 trucks currently equipped with the “Surround View Camera” (360-camera) feature will require an updated CVPM module. These can be purchased at your local Ram dealer (Part Number 56029968AF) or found online. Once purchased and installed, a local Ram dealer must calibrate the new CVPM module. All trucks equipped with just the standard backup camera will continue to operate fully plug & play.
Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing steering wheel mounted audio controls.
The 2019-2021 Ram 1500 trucks will not include Sirius Guardian® or the embedded 4G LTE Hotspot feature. Additionally, if your vehicle was previously equipped with Sirius Guardian®, upgrading to this radio will result in the loss of that feature.

This is ridiculous!

I got my unit in like 2 days, ridiculously fast. Plug and play, simple. Crazy how fast they reply to emails. Went from 5” to the 8.4” and I could not be happier having CarPlay finally.

Ram 1500 Uconnect 5 upgrade

I absolutely love my UConnect 5 upgraded kit from DD Offroad. The upgraded screen size and all the technology that comes with the upgrade is absolutely phenomenal. Though it is a pricey upgrade, it is worth every penny! Other than the impressive new look and technology that comes with the upgrade, the upgraded system comes with more hands-free voice commands that work with your factory steering wheel controls seamlessly. This allows you to keep your eyes on the road and get to your destination safely. If you're on the fence about the upgrade, I can wholeheartedly tell you, you will not second guess it once it's installed. DD Offroad provides everything needed within this kit for a do-it-yourself project without having to pay additional fees for installation. I also would like to give recognition to Joseph, the sales manager, for exceptional customer service. When reaching out to Joseph, he would reply to me within minutes! It didn’t matter what day it was or what time of day. Joseph always responded to me in a timely fashion. Great screen

This turned out to be a great upgrade however people should be aware that the 12" screen is not really Android Auto compatible. To use the full screen you need to be using Apple Carplay. This is through no fault os DD Offroad. UPDATE - After using this for a few days I figured out how to tweak the screen that actually makes it work great with Android Auto using the entire screen. You can run a split screen with one oprtion on the top 6 inches and another on the bottom 6 inches. I'm running navigation and XM radio on mine and it's great not having to swap the screen back and forth.

Awesome experience

I recently had Joseph at DD Off-road install the factory 12” radio in my 2021 Ram 2500. It looks amazing and going from Uconnect 4 to 5 is night day difference.
