Policy

WARRANTY:
DD Offroad warrants its products to be free from manufacturer’s defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During this period, DD Offroad will repair or replace at no expense to the limited warranty holder, any part found to be defective as a result of the manufacturing process.
DD Offroad does not warrant against defects resulting from improper assembly, installations, misuse, abuse, accidents, product modifications, negligence or deterioration of the finish due to improper maintenance or exposure to chemicals and/or other unusual environmental conditions. This warranty does not extend in any respect to accessories or parts not produced by DD Offroad and shall not extend to any consequential or incidental damages. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of DD Offroad. DD Offroad neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its products.

LEAD TIMES:

Our canopy shells and bumpers typically have lead times of around 5-8 weeks. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. We do stock some of the best sellers, contact us to check the availability of items in stock. We strive to ship within 3 to 4 days. Keep in mind that we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee, and the return shipping is at your expense. By placing an order, you are agreeing to these terms. Thank you for your understanding!

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY:

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return or a cancellation, contact us at info@ddoffroad.com. There is a 20% cancellation fee for special order items (items with lead time). Upon acceptance of your return, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. Should you find any defects, damages, or discrepancies, reach out to us right away. We'll promptly evaluate the situation and strive to resolve it to your satisfaction.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES:

For a quick exchange, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
