    • What is DD Offroad's warranty policy?
      DD Offroad warrants its products to be free from manufacturer’s defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During this period, DD Offroad will repair or replace at no expense to the limited warranty holder, any part found to be defective as a result of the manufacturing process.
      DD Offroad does not warrant against defects resulting from improper assembly, installations, misuse, abuse, accidents, product modifications, negligence or deterioration of the finish due to improper maintenance or exposure to chemicals and/or other unusual environmental conditions. This warranty does not extend in any respect to accessories or parts not produced by DD Offroad and shall not extend to any consequential or incidental damages. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of DD Offroad. DD Offroad neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its products.
    • Is it in stock and how fast can I get it?
      Since our launch in early 2020, we have frequently faced extended lead times due to material shortages and high demand. We make diligent efforts to keep our customers informed about lead times and availability to ensure you receive the correct items and are aware of delivery timelines. Simply choose your truck's model from the dropdown menu above to view current stock availability or the estimated ship date.
      We operate without intermediaries to reduce costs and prioritize product quality. If a product is temporarily out of stock in our US-based warehouse, we arrange for direct shipping from our overseas factory to the consumer. This eliminates the need for customers to wait for restocking in the US warehouse. Products available for backorder can be purchased now and will be shipped as soon as inventory becomes available.
    • What are the side windows for with certain models of DD Offroad canopy shell?
      All models of our caps offer the choice of sliding windows. The incorporated sliding panels are designed to accommodate your best friend's head, providing a convenient and pet-friendly feature.
    • Are DD Offroad canopy shells and bumpers and powder coated or painted?
      Crafted to match the durability of your truck's body panels, our caps feature an automotive-grade powder coating finish. This finish surpasses conventional paint, providing enhanced durability and increased UV stability.
    • Are the canopy shells and bumpers available in other/custom colors? 
      While there is a possibility that we may introduce factory paint-matched options in the future, at present, our products are exclusively offered in a satin black powder coating finish. Rest assured, once this alternative becomes accessible, we will gladly make it available to our valued customers.
    • Do all DD Offroad accessories work on all camper shells?
      The DD Offroad camper shells' modular design offers the flexibility that off-roaders appreciate. All DD Offroad accessories, such as the side tool box, side kitchen, and topper rack, are compatible with all DD Offroad camper shell models.
    • Can I install a rack or load bars from a different manufacturer?
      Every DD Offroad camper shell model comes equipped with two integrated tracks on the roof panel, purposefully designed to support topper racks and load bars. Our topper racks are specifically engineered for seamless installation on all our camper shell models, eliminating the need for modification. However, should you prefer a rack or load bars from a different manufacturer, it's feasible with the understanding that some adjustments may be necessary to the mounting feet and/or hardware.
    • Can your products be shipped to a residential address? 
      Certainly! Even with big items like the camper shell, our 5-piece carbon steel design enables it to be shipped on a standard size 48"x48" pallet, in contrast to the old school 1-piece fiberglass truck cap. We offer worldwide shipping through conventional freight services. This is notably more cost-effective compared to shipping a traditional 1-piece fiberglass truck cap.
    • How does it ship, and how long does shipping take? 
      If currently available at our US warehouse, all DD Offroad camper shells and bumpers are shipped via UPS or FedEx Freight. Upon shipment, you will receive a PRO number, equivalent to a tracking number for truck freight, allowing you to monitor your DD Offroad shipment on the carrier's website. Shipping duration typically ranges from 1-10 days, depending on the shipping origin and the carrier used.
      Should the product not be in stock at our US warehouse, we'll arrange for direct shipment from our overseas warehouse. This avoids the wait for restocking and subsequent shipping from the US warehouse. The freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours in advance to schedule delivery.
      For our camper shells and bumpers, all shipments include upgraded 'Liftgate Service' for easy residential delivery without the need for a loading dock. We also offer shipping to commercial addresses or your preferred installation shop.
    • How much does a DD Offroad cap weigh?
      The weight of the canopy shells varies based on the specific vehicle application. Typically, the caps range in weight from 270 to 350 lbs.

    Very well built canopy shell

    I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. Looks great on my gladiator. Gives us not only more covered storage but gives us a nice solid mount for our RTT. Would love to see more accessories for the shell in the future like others have.

    Canopy looks great! Brackets were missing but DD Offroad sent it right away.

    Canopy is installed. It looks great on the truck. The canopy doesn’t cover all of bed caps. Leaving a ledge towards front of bed then lining up at tailgate. Happy with the product overall.

    Best canopy on the market

    It took 2 days for delivery. I live in Denver and the warehouse is in Texas. I ordered on Tuesday and It made it to my door step on Tuesday. I am very impressed with the quality. So far no leaks.
