so after doing alot of front end work, I have finnaly rid my self of all noise that it makes, I have uncovered a true issue with the transfercase. as am about to go pull my front shaft again to make sure its the problem. but It is apparently easier to find one with less miles on it (40k) than it is to find a complete rebuild kit. But like I said, Im headed out to the driveway to pull the front shaft… again.. to make absolute sure that its truely the transfercase
on a side note. I was out having fun in the snow… and it just groans in 4h. jeep doesnt like it at all!

well. got the transfercase today, Guess I should take some pics of the sye this time. its hopefully it goes just as smooth as my current one did
