hey i just found this fourm, i'm also a member of chitownracing, but they dont offroad… anyhow i have a 86 ford 250 diesel not turbo, pretty stock i think it has a body lift, not really sure…i like jeeps, not really the wrangler just because everyone has one, dont really like the 4door wrangler cause i think the extra length kinda defeats the purpose of having a jeep IMO, i've owned 2 jeeps, a 02 liberty, which i've gotten to do everything a cherokee(stock)would do on vids that are on fb, i've also had a 79 wagoneer cherokee cheif, which had 2 doors and a 360, lifted 3" on 33/10.5 allterrain's, the whole inside was rhinolined so it could be cleaned inside and out with a hose…anyway dunno how many events i'll make it to this year but we'll see…anything i missed feel free to ask, also i'm a pretty handy guy so if your local and need a hand with something feel free to ask…

I can attest to the things that a kj can do, as I've been using one as both daily driver and trail rig for over 3 years. Good to hear that there's someone else out there outside of the folks over at LOST and JKJ that have witnessed it themselves.
The Ford sounds pretty cool so far (you should post pics!). My dad was a Ford guy… he still is. Before the Jeep I drove a '97 Ranger around for the better part of 7 years before I sold it to a friend (who still drives it). I didn't bother with lift or anything other than bigger rims and tires – looked mildy pre-runner, I was told. I'm not sure because I didn't really get into lifts and mods till I got the KJ.
Anyway, welcome aboard!

Welcome to the forum sir! Thats quite a fleet that you have/have had. Sounds like you have a lot of experience. We'd love to see you at our kickoff event. We'd also love to see some pics of that Ford!

Welcome! Out of the vehicles you have owned, I think the 79 Wagoneer is the coolest. Feel free to post some pics, especially ones with the Wagoneer!!

Awesome, you got that new basketball lift kit in the rear. I heard about those, it really give a cushiony ride, while also giving you great manouverability to dunk while in your truck. The rig looks sweet though!
