Hello
Guess I should have started with this first. I have a blue FJ with a 3" lift and new sliders thanks to the trip to the Badlands. I heard about you guys through the toyota fj cruiser forum. Made it out to the newbie run and to the badlands for a few hours. Both were very fun and the wife liked the badlands. I will not be able to make the dunes due to some wedding. I work the day of the next meet and greet, I will see if I can make a trade at work for that day.
Thanks for the fun,
Mark

I don't believe I had the chance to actually meet you (sorry if my recollection is incorrect) so consider this my "welcome" and yes Badlands was a great time – Hopefully we can do it again this year.

Hi Mark,
Glad to hear you got some sliders. Which did you go with? I have the Trail Gear sliders. For the price they get the job done. You don't need to have the bump outs on the rear that the All-Pro, Bud Builts and others put on.

Hey Doug,
You should join the club and get an FJ.

Welcome!! My recomendation is to get some bolt on sliders, i have trail gears weld ons on my taco and regret it. They rusted like crazy and look like garbage, pony up the xtra $$ and get some bolt ons so you can take them off and repaint them evrey spring from the road salt. Call 4xinnovations, adams a good guy and should be able to make some relatively cheap for your FJ.

I would love too but I don't need 3 vehicles and ATV's to spend all my time on. Maybe someday…
