But I don't know which ones yet! I looked at the Cooper Discovery STTs, and like them. It's a question of can I find enough in Rockford to put on rims?
I have five 15" x 8" OEM Jeep rims to wrap this weekend. Anyone have any suggestions on what works well in a 31" x 10.5" x 15" configuration? Anyone recently purchased new tires that didn't work out for them?
Good places to get tires in the Rockford area? I might consider driving into the 'burbs, but the deal would have to be outstanding.

I LOVE my cooper STT tires! I highly recommend them – great traction, clean well, and they are pretty quiet. The stock MTR's on my Rubi make twice the noise as the STT's at highway speed…

So, Cooper Discovery STT and TrXus MT have been recommended. Both look like decent tires, I'll have to check around town and see who has what in stock. Both are in my price range too!

I'll add to the STT, they are quite a tire. I highly recommend them. I ran them on my TJ for 7 months, and my gf currently runs them on her JK. Great tire for on road and off! If you are able to get that tire, jump on it my friend!

Looks like I'll go with the STTs, since I can buy them locally in Rockford. Just have to get ahold of someone at the tire desk to put a hold on five of those bad boys, then I'll go melt the credit card tonight or tomorrow morning.
