My awesome wife surprized me with a trip to Sedona, AZ for my birthday.  She signed me up for the Sedona Jeep School where you they set you up with a brand new Rubicon and an instructor for the day then go hit the trails of Sedona.  I learned some new techniques and got to see some great trails and amazing scenery.  CHeck out the link to the photos.  Unfortunately I couldn't get photos of some of the most dificult obstacles but there are some great views.

I'm going to look at these photos later, work blocks photobucket for some reason so when I get home, I'm going to look at these with "the Bank" sitting next to me so she can get a good idea of what would make a great gift Wink

Thanks for sharing.

Great pic's Jason!  That area is beautiful.  I've been there a few times (never off roading).  Matter of fact, Sedona / Flagstaff is one of three area's which I have narrowed down to enjoy retirement.  God willing.  That adventure looked awesome!  Thanks for sharing.

I just came across this link, looks like someone wasn't as good of a driver as you guys. Similar looking Jeep and numbering as yours on the right rear corner. Glad you guys had a safe outing.

Great pics, thanks for posting.  I have a very close friend that grew up in AZ wheelin, shes keeps telling me we need to go.  This once again confirms that I must get out there one of these days.

"lucky" number 7 indeed.  That sure does look like one of thiers.  One of the obstacles we went on, and I don't remember the name, looked like stair steps.  It felt like we were pointing straight down.  The instructor said that was the on area where the most rollovers happen.  He said it's worse there too becuase you can't flip 'em back over until you drag them to the bottom.  I'm surprised the two guys that came after us didn't roll.  I thought they were going to bite it on the big boulder we drove up, spinning wheels and bouncing.  Then they took the exact line that the instructor said not to take.  They got luckier than whoever was in this pic.

I was just reading on their website (barlowjeeprentals.com) about what it's like to be a jeep tour guide.  It doesn't sound like a full time job as your only occupation but it sounds to me like a good retirement job.
