Still editing some of them but here's one on the way home. Unfortunately we had to trailer back Matt's ZJ (seems to be ok now). So I figured I'd take advantage of the opportunity, after all, it's not every day that you get to trailer back something twice as heavy as you? I'll upload a few more in a little bit.

Was it ok to drive with that kind of weight behind you?  Just wondering because I really want to trailer my jeep.

Cool HDR pic BTW.

Hell no, I would never advise towing that much weight behind a WJ. We just did what we had to do to get the rig home. Keep in mind that this was also a bobcat trailer (6380lbs) and the weight of the jeep (somewhere around 4500lbs with all the armor, etc). Gross towing cap. on these are 6500 lbs so if you plan on towing a rig, I'd go for an aluminum car trailer with a lighter cap. or a car dolley(ideal) that just puts the front wheels in the air and get a second set of tires for the rear that are dragging; of course put your t-case in neutral when doing this. Now that we've gotten past the "don't tow this with your wj", go ahead and do it if you need to, but don't do it unless you need to.
