Here are the pics of the herculiner I just put on the Jeep.  Did it with the roller and used 1 gallon of Herculiner.  Still have some left over after 2 very good coats.  Good stuff.

Cool. What prep did you do before you applied the herculiner?

'99 XJ  3" spring pack, GY Duratrac 31x10.5, Ares Fabrication front and rear bumpers.

when i lined the inside of my jeep, i just cleaned it out with power washer and sanded with a semi course paper for adhesion and sprayed. a respirator mask and good ventilation is a must have.

02 jeep TJ, 4"RC lift, 33"trxssr, on DC DC-1black, homemade sliders,

87 zuk, 10" lift, 35" pcxt on black steelies, 4.88 gears in 9.5" yotas with lockers front and rear, 4.13 t case, 2.0 motor w/ auto Tranny, rollcage/sliders
