So in the perfect world I would like to have an ARB front winch bumper.  I really like the sleek design and how it flows with the front end of the XJ.  Realizing I don't have $800+ to spend on an ARB  bumper and winch, I came across this on Criagslist:

I think it's a real close design to the bumper that ARB makes for the XJ.  What do you guys think?  Anyone happen to come across this post in the past?
