looks good but that wich is too low ur aprach angle will be worse than stock it will get u stuck in washouts
buy a welder and make one :D

I agree that thing looks like it kills the XJ's already suspect approach angle. Why not get something that mounts the winch higher or do something like I did on the MJ and put the winch farther back in the 'frame' and set it behind a stock bumper location?
 
The hawes fairlead is mounted to the factory bumper and the winch is behind that on what started life as an old Tomken tow plate which attached to the tow hook mounts as well as tied to other bolts on the front 'frame' rails. I reinfoced it, removed a stamped cross member and had more then enough room for a winch in there. The slot in the bumper allowed me to work the clutch on the winch.

Jeep did.
Or at the very least one, or some, dealers did.
I saw one once that was the inspriation for this and the guy told me it was purchased like that new!
