F&%*! stupid *&^%$ ahhhh. I hate getting really close to finally droping the new drivetrain, only to find out a major problem that forces you to tear it all apart to fx the problem. Hopefully, this will be done by spring.

Stuffed the soundbar with poly fill, and speakers baffles to the dash speakers and improved the sound of the stereo, next comes a small waterproof marine sub.
Tocuhed up the outside of frame to keep the rust at bay. Spent about a week cleaning out all of the rust scale and debris inside the frame. Then sprayed with 4 cans of Eastwood internal frame coat, looks pretty good and hopefully will keep it from rusting any further. I also added two 1/4 drain holes near the t-case skid since thats where the rust was the worst, not sure why there are not any holes in that area to begin with.
Painted the chrome headlight bezels black, and stripped and re-painted the side mirrors.
Installed new Crown extended brake lines, Centric premium rotors, new front calipers, and Savvy Black Magic brake pads. Flushed the heck out of the brake system. Just went through the brake in procedure for the pads and all i can say is wow! So far the brakes are way better than before, and they are supposed to get better. I can actually lock up the tires at will now!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you that they have changed their ways and actually ship stuff out when they say that they will. One too many complaints on pirate for my tastes.

I don't think I would consider that a driveway, but I would call it a used Cherokee dealership.

I had hoped to get some work done on the rollcage today but instead I got to replace the steering box, pump, and half the hoses on the tow rig. I now just need to finish bleeding everything and put all the metric tools away.

Last week I planned on removing some rust from the left rocker panel and simply painting over it. Rust was straight through so I cut a 2"x16" section of it off and welded in a patch panel. Since my attempt to bondo over the unwelded areas sucked (too many imperfections) I decided to Herculine the whole rocker. Just finished the first coat tonight.
