i just bought new track bars and didnt know if theres  a special way to put them on. i know i have to measure how much my axel shifted and then add or subtract to recenter my axel.

Usually you will need a large Ratchet strap so you can get the axle centered and get the track bar in.   I don't know of any easy way, one time it was simple for me, the last time was a swear fest.
