We LOVED this. It's awesome seeing people in the club random places. The only other sightings I really have is seeing Mitch everywhere. I like this new thread though. Good idea, Oddball.

I've seen Mitch twice in the past 3 days! Once was west of Springhill mall on 72 on Sunday. I was in my black Miata. The other was this morning going south on 31 in West Dundee. I was in the Tracker. It's easy to spot a lifted blue Cherokee!

sorry I haven't seen ya Keith. I cant really see into Miatas, they are kinda low
and this morning I was super involved in a bag of chex mix… Highly delicious!
But I did see a green wrangler with a cb mount turning left from 72 to 31 about 1:30ish. He waved and Im pretty sure he is part of the club, I just dont remember the name or user name to go along with the jeep

They still have Lukes? I went to the original a few times back in the late 70's. I know they closed the one in Algonquin on Rt.31 awhile ago — and the original location on Rand Road (Rt.12) in Palatine has been gone for years. So where are the others?

Lukes is in c-ville off 25. A guy named Jamie ownes it. He just recently opened a sub branch north of 62 off 31, that one is called Dantes

They still have one in Palatine. It moved to a new building a few blocks closer to Dundee Rd on the other side of the street.

I lived in Mt P on Dempster, across from the United Airlines Training center in a crappy apartment there from about 1993-1997.

Ah, okay. I once hung around with other gearheads who mainly lived on streets off Kensington road (west of Rt12 / 83) near Prospect High School if you know where that is. This was back in the late 70's.
