I noticed in a few other threads some say there is a "season" that's kicking off in March? What is meant by this? I didn't ask in the threads I saw it in because I didn't want to derail them. Figured this was best place to post.

Our Down and Dirty season kicks off in March, that is basically where we start making trips to Cliff, The badlands and other parks. We usually dont wheel in the winter time because there are some members that do other activites in the winter time. I hope this helps answer your question.

Oh. So no club 4 wheelin in the winter? I gotta admit… although I used to wheel in the winter just as often as the summer, I feel I'm gettin too old for this cold crap.

Lol, I'm not opposed to wheeling in the winter time but I dont like fixing anything in snow, yeah not a big fan of it. The cold already gets to me and it would get to me more if I broke something on the trail. But if members would like to wheel in the winter and I really have an itch to go, I would.

For our first year we didnt schedule any official club events during the winter. But we may be changing that for 2010 since many members are sparked interest in it. We will be having a vote on it soon. I personally am not into winter wheeling, but if thats what the club wants than thats what the club gets!
