You can try James at Ares Fabrication in Schaumburg. He made my front and rear bumpers. 847-417-9683. He's a one man shop so sometimes there is a bit of a wait depending on what you need done.

'99 XJ  3" spring pack, GY Duratrac 31x10.5, Ares Fabrication front and rear bumpers.
