for those of you running a 4.5 inch or smaller lift on your XJ running stock lower control arms (like my self) there is a low buck mod that can get rid of that annoying tire rub caused by the tires hitting the LCA's.  tire rub will usually occurs with stock rims and tires or poor back spacing on after market rims.  well heres the mod.  the replacement of the stock LCA's with LCA's out of a V8 WJ (grand cherokee 99 to 04) with a little bit of modification.  not only do they clear larger tires because of the "s" bend in them but they are also fully boxed which makes them stronger.  i personally plan on doing this if i can find a set in the junk yard.  i personally do not experience any rub but i would like to upgrade my LCA's on the cheap (stupid college).  Heres the link for the write up.
