Hey everyone,

I live in lake county Il just noth of Chicago and was wondering if anyone knows about any good body shops that would be good to repair/ replace my rockers as they are rusting out and i need a good job but at a fair price. The only quote that ive had is $899 to just repair the fender.

Any ideas?????

Thank you !!!

I've had good results with Tredups in South Elgin on accident repairs that were covered by insurance. They do good work. I don't know how inexpensive they are compared to others but they have a very good reputation.

Have been going to the Body Shop Of Barrington for years and years and chose to use them again. Have worked on all of my BMW's and ended up doing the Jeep there for a second time. Paul did a fantastic job on both my Jeep and my BMW's!!!!!!!!

I say you cut the rest of the rocker and boatside the rockers. Then build a slider into the boatsides and you can kill 2 birds with one stone. Just a thought. Might be cheaper then going to a body shop.
