The old wheelbase limitation was 106", a 100" wb limitation would have excluded XJs and ZJs. The 4 door JKs have a 116"? wb, and are now allowed. I don't see any posting of new limittations.

Full size trucks do pretty well at the Dunes, nice and open, and a lot of fun for them. I have personally seen full size trucks at the Cliff's and even a Suburban or two. Bucko isn't a good guy and doesn't go around breaking rules. I wouldn't be concerned.

If they do allow fullsize then I stand corrected

I agree on the parking lot! Whenever I go there are adults doing things in the parking lot that common sense would say they shouldn't. I wish there was more mutual respect between quad/bikes and trucks though. Things would go a lot more smoothly!
