I don't know if this falls under the "off road" parts clause or not. I have the following stock 1998 TJ Sahara 4.0 parts for sale all prices are obo.
Stock TJ rear bumper $20.
Stock TJ control arms with bushings all are straight $10ea

4.0 steering box w/o pitman arm $30
Rear sahara fender flares, gloss black $50pr.

I made a mistake on the rim description, I corrected the info in the first post and added the back spacing. I have pictures and one rim with me for the M&G. (the rim with the damaged lug holes).

Moparboy I do not know the mileage on the radiator, it is in good condition. Let me try to take a picture, or stop by, I'm not far from you.
Rear seat, let me check my schedule on the build day…Answer; Nope I have my daughter and we are going to see my folks in Lombard. So I really will not be any closer to Lk.Zurich than I am now.

Those shocks might be a good replacement for the 10 year old ones I have on now. You still have them? Any idea if they would be good for a small (less than 2") budget boost?

Yes I still have the shocks. I have been told up to 1.75-2" lift can be handled with stock length shocks. My experience with budget boosts is very limited as I went straight from stock suspension to a full on custom 1 ton suspension.
