Awesome! About time it sold haha. So what are you going to do with that money Jerry? Saving it? Or throwing it at the Rubi?

Yeah. A guy who has a powder coating business in Elgin bought it. He has a '99 TJ. He also has a few CJ's. If I understood him correctly, one is a rolling chassis that needs a new body, one needs to be completely rebuilt, and I'm not sure of the condition of the third one.? I gave him a DDO flyer and told him to check us out sometime. Even if he wants to advertise any of his CJ's for sale here.
As for my Rubi — I'm not doing a suspension lift but I am going to do it right. Or as close to right as I can make it. I am going with JKS ACOS Pro system which consists of adjustable coil spring spacers (front & rear) as well as adjustable bump stops (also front & rear). I ordered a Currie Anti-Rock (aluminum arm) sway bar system (hoping it will arrive via UPS before this weekend). I am also going to order Gen-Right flat (tube) fenders and rear flares along with Rokmen aluminum corners for the tub. I was trying to sell my rear seat but now decided to keep it. I am going to remove the rear tire carrier and mount a baja race style tire carrier in the rear of the tub. I'll fold up the seat. The tire carrier mount can easily be removed if need be. I was hoping to add King shocks but they're $1,500.00 + for 4 shocks! I'll probably just go with Rubicon Express shocks for now. I also plan to install a aluminum front bumper (now) and hopefully a rear aluminum bumper once Savvy releases said bumper for sale to the public. And finally I want to install a add-on cage system to my roll bars. Then I'll (hopefully be done with major mods).
EDIT: I forgot to include once at this point, I'll move up to 35's ( then I will have to install 5.13 gears in both D44's).
So take your pick as to where that small portion of money is going to.

Those JKS ACOS are really nice! and I bet the ones with the adjustable bumpstops are nicer than the ones I picked up when I was doing my "budget kit" on mine.
Sounds like an awesome setup Jerry!

If something electrical doesnt work right, throw a relay or 2 on it!

Jerry – get use to it you will NEVER be done with the mods!
Sounds like good plans – can't wait to see the final result. I'm currently waiting for my profit sharing check to arrive – depending on how much it is I'm planning on hanging new bumpers front and rear from Rugged Ridge and a winch. Can get all that I want from Team Wrangler which is right down the road from me so no shipping costs plus the group discount… YAHOO!
