We bought this is April of 2010 took 4 camping trips with it and then fell into a deal on a TT with a sweet site so we need to sell the popup for jeep parts, truck parts and a car hauler. 

Coleman 2010 Sun Valley asking $8500, List is over 13k and dealers currently selling new without A/C for 11k. Two king beds, U shape couch/Bed, dinette/bed. Three-way fridge, furnace, A/C with heat strip, water heater. Electric brakes, break-away controller, awning. Comes with BAL leveler, High-Wind Popup Gizmo's, Reflextix for all windows and ends. Stored in garage all winter.

The Sun Valley is a 12ft box and has an open length of 25' and 17'2" closed.  The GVWR is 3500 lbs and unloaded vehicle weight 2175 lbs giving a maximum carrying capacity of 1325 lbs.
