Hey everyone,
I know that at the last meeting we mentioned the chapters having a key purpose of helping with the organization of convorys. I am not sure of who is in the following counties (Kankakee, Livingston, Iroquois, Ford, Vermillion, Champaign) , but if you are and plan to make the Oct 29th run let me know if you would like to meet up. I don't think there are many of us yet. However, 3 or 4 rigs would be great. Simply post to this thread. Once and if we have a small group I will post up the details by Friday afternoon. If not see you all there!

Im in new lenox, about 30 mins north of burbonais. You come anywhere near the NL area? Id be in for a convoy

This is great guys. I can easily change my usual route to make this work. How about we all meet at the exit by new lenox…exit 137. Chris is there a good gas station or parking lot there ? I think 11:30 will be good so we are at the cliffs by 12:30 and ready for the drivers meeting at 1pm. If anyone else is farther south like me let me know and we can try to meet up on the way to exit 137.

I think the maple exit. It will take u to rt30. Theres a jewel has station and a jewel. Only problem is i have to meet evans at the cliffs a little earlier. About 11:45. There is some work we have to do in the parking lot. I gotta take the frony bumper off(im taking it off friday night to save time) but we have to do a quick bolt on then mount the bumper

Well I don't getting there earlier, hanging out and getting some things done. Is that cool with everyone else? Chris are you saying that exit 137 is the maple exit? I will let you know….if nothing else we can just all make our own way this time and work on a convoy for the next event….

Im not 100% sure what exit number it is but if u gey off at the mple exit turn right on route 30. Like 2 blocks up you will see the jewel and the jewel gas station. If it's ok with you guys gettin there a little early tht would be greay. Otherwise like ya said, could always convoy the next time, and if not the next time, toys for tots for sure!

thats fine with me also. It's on the way so whatever works.
If we get there really early we can do some warm up runs or something too.
