I'm going to leave some stuff out for others to post. Wow what a newb run.
First half I lead group 21b/xx. We trucked through trail 3 with no problems. When we got close to Jimmy's Crack on trail 1 we ran into group 22a/yy. John tried going through a huge hole that looked like it would swallow a semi. He ALMOST made it but had to be winched out. Same outcome with FJ John. After Jeeprider winched him out I her a loud snap! Turned around and Jeeprider was in trouble. After we had his rig squared away we continued on and played a little then broke for lunch.
I've been dying to hit trail 10 but was unsure of the conditions. I found a Cliff's employee and asked him how 10 was and he said it was dry! Game on! So on to the second half.. This was going to be interesting because the whole crew was going to hit 10. Newbs n all!! It was a very cool run. Tight and technical. We all got out ok. We then played on the tires for a while. 45 minutes to close Tony wanted to go back to 10 so some of us went. At the end of that trail we stopped for a second. Oh boy Tony's rig would not start. No fuel pressure and no gas coming out of his carbs. I had to tow him back through #3 then up onto his trailer. I thought the trailer part was cool.
Thanks again DDO for a great time! And special thanks to John and Tim for hangign with me while I fixed my XJ at the Auto Zone parking lot.

I had a great time. It started bad when 45 minutes into my 3 hour trip I had to return home because Jenny was suffering from bad back problems. After I dropped her off I met everyone at the "huge semi hole." Nothing a little small block power and some 36's couldn't handle.
After lunch we went down trail 10. someone got stuck in the middle, so I started to go up into the hills and quickly found myself surrounded by trees. (Darn Ninjas I guess) After a 100 point turn and some body damage, I made it back on to 10. Played on the tires for awhile, which was a good time, then ran back through 10. Wanted to try 8, or whatever it was with all the rocks, but my motor suddenly shut off like XJAY98 said. At first thought I was thinking I ran out of gas. Ended up being a fuel pump which I actually had a spare of, but being the end of the day opted for the tow. Thanks again Eric.
Being my first time wheeling at the Cliffs, I didn't think it was too bad. Small place but had lots of options. I might be interested in going back for a winter run as Doug suggested.
If you guys liked trail 10, I would like to urge you to come out to R&V sometime. We could do a cool two day trip and hit R&V, and then Twisted Trails the next day. A 2-fer!!!!
Anyways, it was nice seeing the crew again and welcome to the new guys.

Great time. What more can I say, very happy to see such great people come together with the same passion. lol and Xjay98 I think my new winch came in handy and got broken in very nicely. Over all not too many people got stuck, was really dry "apparently". And i was so relieved when i didnt break my axle. lol glad it was just my wheel coming off my bead. Thanks for all the help with approach angles and giving me some pointers out there. Had a blast, hope to see everyone at Toys for Tots:) Btw my tire went back on the rim no problem, just powerwashed all the mud "btw its not mud its Clay" and aired it up. just a little starter fluid and a lighter did the trick. Oh and Tim im glad we could break in your new Hi-Lift Jack… thanks again everyone ill be in touch:)

One thing I forgot to add. The ruts after Jimmy's crack is gone. You know the one where Justin got stuck on the Halloween run. That hole stretch was filled in. It was pretty weird not seeing it there.
Tony– Was it the fuel pump?
Redneck– I'm game for January. It'll be interesting if theres snow on the ground.

I'm 100%…… 70% sure its the fuel pump. I went to the gas station and the Jeep only took 4 gallons. (10 gallon tank) Took a quick look (pulled filters and stuff) and after some garage talk, figured that was the place to start. I'll tear it into this weekend and let you know.

Is your fuel filter before the pump?

yup. I have one before and one after. Gas flows out of the filter before but not the one after. pump is in between.
