Take it from a guy who works in the woods all day. Tecnu soap works really well, use before (as long as you know you were in it) and apply to the rash. Heals really well and stops the itching.

Tecnu soap works best shortly after and of coarse before. Zanfel Soap works after exposure real well and that was what allowed Oz to heal fast enough, so that we could still make it. The Doc diagnosed him with severe rash on Thurs. I told my wife to buy both soaps asap and start cleaning him. Friday follow up, the doc was surprised to see him nearly healed.
The rash is now practically gone. Both soaps are the bomb and are now part of the 1st aid kit.
