Badlands, 2 words, f*^* yeah!!!! I havent been to that park in a very long time and forgot how fun it was to wheel there, especially if you have a great group of people to wheel with.

Group 1 convoy and Badlands group, you made the trip awesome. From the beginning of Friday morning to the end of today, I dont think I have laughed that hard in awhile. Group 1's trail leader was by far the best trail leader I have ever had the pleasure of wheeling with besides Justin. Thanks for showing everyone Kevin's trail, had a blast there. The rock quarry was freaking awesome and thanks for the spotting up the rock climb.

Night 1-Jeff thank you very much for opening your campsite to all the club members, hope we didnt keep you up to late. Thanks to you and your wife for the awesome ribs on Friday night.

Group 1 on saturday night, well that was filled with a lot of laughs and "flame on", oh and some wierd techno dancing with glow sticks, I guess its true what they say, some white boys just cant dance.

Group 1 Sunday morning, mid afternoon-Had a blast on the orange trail. Drew thank you very much for leading the group and showing us the orange trail had a great time.

To all the DDO members, thanks for coming out and having a great time with us. We wouldnt be able to have all this fun if it wasnt for you guys. Hopefully more DDO member's will be able to make the Dune's Trip.

Lol no peer pressure, there was none, just using the Cherokee for what I built it for.

I have no idea where I dented the door but I did and it looks nice. And yes there was damage done on orange trail, it was way, way back in the woods, was really fun and got to stuff the wheels in the wheel wells again, thats freaking always fun.

A lot of it was.  Twice Drew checked out 'options' along the trail and ended up twice having to winch himself out.

This was my first trip to the Badlands and I'm hooked!  Thanks everyone for showing us a good time.  I followed the Polish Film crew threw much of Kevin's trail and they laughed the whole way threw.  I think the driver was impressed with the Wrangler and what it could do – hope they made it back with their bad Altenator.

Don't worry Matt we didn't hear a thing Friday or Saturday – my tent has pretty thick walls…

Here is a little Youtube video we shot of DDO playing on the wall: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v…..GRP7s3kGa8

September is a GO for me for sure!!!

I need to touch up the bed liner on the driver's side rear passenger door. It took a beating. Found more trail rash as well.

oh i forgot my aux. fan wont kick on by its self anymore (no clue what the problem is

with that, but thanks to some presidential engineering we got that fixed), my patch job on my passenger side floor boards gave way and let a small lake to leak into the heep and i lost the trim peice for my passenger side rain gutter.

man my passenger side took a beating this trip… LOVE IT!!!!LaughLaughLaughLaughLaugh

and i used the hell out of my home-made rock sliders and home-made sway bar disconects!!!!LaughLaughLaughLaughLaugh

Cool video Jeff!  (I sent you a PM too).

Other than bending up the bottom of my front license plate (which will stay this way now) and slightly cracking the front TreadLightly! plate frame —  No damage to report!

The Badlands was soooo much FUN. It was our first trip there too and it was by far the best offroading experience to date! The only thing we should have thought out through was driving 3 hours with no windows or doors. Let me tell you, and you Wrangler guys and girls know, it was not a pleasant ride there. It was a little chilly, and our arms and legs were pretty numb, but the ride back was TERRIBLE. 15 minutes out of Attica, the rains finally caught up to us. All the way to the state line, it was pouring. The inside didn't get as wet as you would imagine, but you could feel the mist coming through. Big thanks to the guy with the silver FJ Cruiser and his dad for convoying back with us all the way to 355. I'm sorry I forgot your name, I'm never good with names at first! Also thanks to the new guy with the tan Rubicon who convoyed back with us. Beside that, Badass Badlands 2010 was a success! Laugh

I had an absolute blast as well, guys. That was an awesome trip and everyone there was just great to be with and great to wheel with. I'm happy to officially join and I very much look forward to the next outing!

-Emil

P.S. – tjtank99, you are welcome for the convoy back, I'm just sorry I held y'all up when we were trying to leave. And the guy with the silver FJ is Jon, he's a really good guy.

Had a great time at the Badlands, Group 1 convoy was fun could not stop laughing the whole way. Thanks Evans for setting up the convoy and leading the whole way down. Eric thanks for leading group 1 I dented my rail but hey I got through it all and now I know what my WJ can get through with only a 3 inch lift. Saturday night was funny (FLAME ON) Mitch dancing with his glow sticks can't get any better then that. I can't wait to either build up the WJ more or buy another XJ and build that one so I dont destroy mine to much. SO good summary for the weekend great trip and thank you wisemen for setting this up and all the people in DDO that makes this club what it is awesome trip.
